My first time being a bridesmaid ! :D
1st October was my dearest Annie's wedding~~
Stayed together with Annie, Khym and Xingyi at Grand Copthorne Hotel the day before her wedding.

Khym, Xingyi and I didn't get to sleep for that night because we are preparing all the games for the groom to play.
All sorts of funny ideas that they had come out with earlier on.
Its the traditional chinese wedding games that you have to pass through it before seeing the bride!

My makeup and hairdo was done by the Thailand Makeup Artist and hairstylist that Annie hired.
I guess i look kind of Thai that day because of the makeup.

After done picking up the bride, all of us headed over to the groom's house.
And then we get back to the hotel again in the afternoon.
Thanks them for having a room for Khym, Xingyi and I as we were so tired after the whole morning.
We went up to the room to sleep for a few hours before waking up to touch up and prepare for the wedding dinner.

After getting ready, we went down to the ballroom and was quite surprised when i saw the emcee was the actor, Shawn Lee.
Then i knew that is the groom's cousin.
Enjoyed at the dinner and congratulate Annie and his husband. :D

Birthday chalet on the 23rd and 24th September.
Didn't have the time to organize the photos previously.

Day 4 @ Bangkok

Last day of shopping at Bangkok and its my birthday too !
Went our hotel nearby and Platinum mall as Annie was looking for bow tie, and we went a lot of shops to find that pink bow tie.
In between i bought some gifts for my friends.

Then accompanied Annie to Siam to get her photo albums then went over to MBK to get some more goodies so that i could give to my friends.
Oh ya, there is this bubble tea stall that sell really fantastic cocoa milk ! :D
After that went over to her house to get some stuffs before taking cab to her house nearby because she want to buy Truimph and Wacoal.

Then we went back to Platinum mall to collect the bow tie and had some shopping.
And because she had a list of things to buy, both of us didn't manage to get our lunch and dinner!
Was hungry and tired running around.
After that, we quickly cabbed to the hotel to take our luggage and went over to Airport.

Reached airport and packed our luggage before checking in.
Met Baobao and her sis in the custom then accompanied Annie to have her dinner.
I am so broke that time, so i decided to have mine in ThaiAirway.
Finally i am heading back to Bangkok and by that time i only left 1hour to spend my birthday in SG.

Thanks mummy for coming down to fetch me at airport! *Touched*
But no cake for my birthday! :(
Only will have my birthday cake the next day on my chalet~

Day 3 @ Bangkok

No eye makeup. Kind of lazy to makeup when you are there for shopping~

Day 3 was fabulous because i enjoyed shopping the whole day!
Met Baobao and her sis to shop at Platinum Mall !
At last i went Platinum for shopping~
We shopped few hours in the mall because of the multiple levels !

And of course i bought a lot of dress and tops and of course presents to all my lovely~
After shopping we walked back to their hotel to leave our stuffs !
3 of us is carrying heavy bags of clothes.
Then we rest a while and went over to MBK for shopping.
MBK was not that cheap so i didn't shop much but just get a big luggage for myself!~

Then we cabbed back to the hotel to leave our luggage and stuffs again.
We decided to head over to Chinatown but before that the taxi driver introduce us to another seafood market for our dinner.
We enjoyed the delicious Tom Yum Soup and other dishes~

After dinner, we cabbed to Chinatown to buy goodies - pork floss and etc.
We also had Bird Nest at Chinatown and we regretted eating at seafood market.
Should have had our dinner at Chinatown, there have so many food !

Then we cabbed back to the hotel and they accompanied me to my hotel to put stuffs.
After that this crucial part, when it strike 12am (SG time), i was in the lift of my hotel with my dearest Baobao and her sis. Guess what ?
They sang me Happy Birthday song in the lift ! :D Awww. So sweet of them !
First time i celebrate my 12am in the lift.

After that we went to hotel nearby for foot massage.
Actually planned for a celebration that night to drink with them and Annie's friend.
But Annie was sick and didn't really planned in the end.
So i ended up having my birthday celebration at the foot massage place.

After foot massage, we bought some small food at 7-11 before heading back to our hotels for our beauty sleep.
Sadly, i didn't get the birthday wish from my dear even though he have my bkk number.

Thanks Annie's mum for this! It taste like candy floss with popiah skin. Nice! :D

Day 2 @ Bangkok

Wake up in the morning to have breakfast at the hotel lobby.
After breakfast, went over to the place that Annie booked for our manicure appointment.
She did it before and introduced to me.

Booking an appointment have to be one month in advance because there is only one manicurist.
Not that she do not want to hired staff, Annie told me that everybody only want her to do their manicure.
And many Thai models did their nails at the manicure shop.

No eye makeup! After the first day, i am lazy to makeup!

Stayed in the manicure shop almost the whole afternoon, from 1030m to 4pm.
Pretty long hours but in exchange for pretty nails.
I never had such a beautiful and lovely nails before, i love it so so so much!
She used super glue to stick the diamonds and acrylic gel to surround each diamonds so that it will be more secure.

And she helped me to design it with ribbons too!
I guess doing this type of nails in SG should cost about sgd$200 but i only spent sgd$59!
Love it to the max! ♥

Annie's nail, she did it for her upcoming wedding.

After doing manicure, Annie went off with her friend and i took a cab down to Platinum mall to meet my dear and his family, Baobao and her sis to start my shopping.
Shopped @ Pratunam market and Indra Square.
Then we take the TukTuk and send my dear back to his hotel and then went Siam with Baobao and her sis.

After reaching Siam, we had a quick shop before all the shops start to close.
And then cabbed back to their hotel for a short rest before we left for our dinner-supper!
We were told about this seafood market near our hotel so we asked taxi driver to bring us there.
All of us were so hungry!
Ordered TomYum Soup, Green Curry and Beef fried rice.

We didn't expect the amount of food to be so much but we really enjoy the sumptuous food !
Annie came over to find us after meeting her friend and she was feeling kind of sick so went back to the hotel after dinner-supper.

Day 1 @ Bangkok

Catch a morning flight with my dear Annie to Bangkok, she is a Thai anyway. :)

My first time seating Thai Airway because Annie have to check in fragile stuffs, all my previous trip was with Tiger Airway.

First time going in Terminal 1 custom, kind of kiasu.

Thai airway was kind of disappointing with their services but indeed is more spacious compared to Tiger airway. Blanket and small pillow is provided. :)

And of course our meal is provided. Was excited when i was on the plane!

Reached Bangkok and when we were still in custom, checked the price of Longchamp bag which is cheaper than SG and Annie have the membership card so i got my (medium size and long handle) bag at $150.

After collecting the luggage, called Baobao to meet her at BKK airport.

Baobao and her sis took another airline and stayed at a different hotel though.

Got an internet sim card too, so i can update my FB and Twitter with photos! Also to contact my dear bf who was also in BKK with his family.

Accompanied Annie to her house, while Baobao and her sis cabbed to their hotel straight.

Oh ya, we were on a pink cab! :D

Then we left her house and cabbed to our hotel, Budacco Hotel.

Baobao and her sis stayed at Baiyoke Boutique Hotel instead.

Reached our hotel and called Baobao to meet them at Siam Square later.

Met them for our lunch, and all of us are hungry.

Annie recommended us to have our lunch at MK restaurant for steamboat.

And yeap, we have it for our lunch!

The food here taste great, and all of us were eating happily~

Hotel area still quite alright just that have to walk out a small stretch.
Anyway 4days 3nights cost only SGD$160.

After lunch, Annie left to do her stuffs and we continued our shopping at Siam area.

Everywhere is clothes !

And the last stop before its getting late, we went to Naraya at Siam Discovery.

I guess we spent almost 1hour inside that shop?

Baobao's sis bought a lot of stuffs! Indeed is really cheap compare to SG.

I got myself a Naraya big bag for hand carry luggage, two tote bag, two cosmetic pouch and one coin purse.

After finish shopping inside, total we have 4 big bags to carry!

Annie came to meet us then, and we were all so tired so she brought us to have foot massage at Siam area.

It's my second time for foot massage. First time was at ZhuHai.

After a long day of shopping, is great to indulge with a foot massage! :D Especially when it is really cheap for massage in Bangkok!

All of us was really tired though.

Finished massage and we cabbed back to our hotel~

Bought food from 7-eleven to fill my stomach, didn't have dinner at all.

Shopping in BKK till all of us forget to get our meals.

After having my dinner-supper, and went to sleep around 2am.

Waking up next morning to have our breakfast buffet at hotel lobby.

This whole trip, photos is lesser since most of the time is shopping. Will be more wordy instead. :X

Met up with my dear Jiemin for KBOX and dinner~
Was supposed to meet earlier but both of us delayed till 3plus.
Rushed to Marina Square because we book the KBOX at 4pm.
Sang for about 3hours before we left to Orchard.

And both of us went in to H&M the first time.
To me, nothing caught my eye so i didn't bought anything.
After that Weiboon and Weian meet us up for dinner at Tampopo Deli.
Finally i had my Katsu Ramen after so long! Their Katsu is still the best ! :DD

Day 4 @ Macau

Is the last day at Macau and i will be going back to Singapore.
We had our breakfast provided by the hotel and then left our luggage at the lobby.
5hours for us to shop around before gather back at the hotel.
So we decided to head over to Fisherman's Wharf this time to take lots of photos.

It was nearly afternoon when we headed to Fisherman's Wharf, the weather is extremely hot !
After a few shots of photo, i am already sweating !
Manage to take most of the attractions just that we didn't manage to go into the theme park to try out some of the ride.

Left the place after taking many photos.
We went over to a nearby departmental store which look similar to Takashimaya.
Had our shopping at the departmental store for a few hours and then we went to the food court to have our lunch.
Shared dim sum and sushi together because all of us are not that hungry after having breakfast earlier in the hotel.

This is crazy right ? Haha mummy's friend say that this chocolate is really nice and they only can get it in Japan so when they saw it, they grabbed many packets.
I took only 4 packets though.

Then we went over to Grand Lisboa hotel after lunch since it was just a walking distance away.
The hotel is nicely decorated with crystals !
After walking around, we went back to the hotel.
Waited for everybody to gather and we took the bus to Macau Airport to check in !

This cute little boy who is my mummy's colleague son entertained me while waiting for our bus to Macau Airport. He is so cute right !! :DD

Finally feel relaxed when we reach Airport, luggage is really heavy to carry around!
Luckily Kelvin is around to help up, Thanks ! :D
And is time to fly back to Singapore to see all my lovelies~

Day 3 @ Macau

Woke up early in the morning to have our breakfast and left the hotel to Zhuhai custom.
We are crossing over to Macau~
Finally i can start enjoying the food and scenery than shopping !

Staying at Rio Hotel in Macau, most of the hotels in Macau have their own casino or maybe is all of the hotel. Lol !
We didn't manage to check in to the room straight so we went to walk around first.
Once we reached there, is time to use Macau guide book. Luckily mummy's friend and her son went there a few times so we can actually just follow them.

Anyway we went to have a drink at a stall and then walked over to this GuanYin statue which actually located near the hotel.
We didn't manage to get to Fisherman Wharf as all of us is really tired and perspiring like hell. Weather is freaking hot in Macau!
We went in to the Sands hotel for chill out and then took a shuttle bus over to Venetians hotel.

From Venetians hotel, we took a taxi to Taipa to have our craving on their famous food and a quick shop.
And we tried the famous Tai Lei Pork Chop Bun, however all of us don't think it taste really great.
Probably we don't really like the troublesome of eating the pork chop meat since is quite hard.

After having pork chop bun, we went over to San Hou Lei bakery cafe to get our craving of Bird Nest Tart ! Takeaway for our snack time in hotel later.
And we took a cab further down to get Lord Stow's egg tart which i heard it isif r the famous Portuguese egg tart in Macau.

Rushed back to Rio hotel after that to check in to our rooms.
And tried the yummy bird nest tart and portuguese egg tart ! :D I love it so much !
I am a lover of Portuguese egg tart, i love the taste compare to the normal egg tart.
The bird nest tart taste great too ! How i wish Singapore can buy it too. :)
I guess it will have a long queue everyday. :X

Koi Kei Bakery

After resting a while in the hotel, we proceeded to Ruins of St.Paul and Senado Square, both of the places is just along the road.
Its so crowded ! And i heard it was due to school holidays.
Visiting Macau, you should not miss visiting Cathedral of St.Paul and so i visited the church.

Then we went to have our dinner.
Browsing through the Macau guide book, i realize they have a stall from Taiwan, Sophisca.
Selling the cute and disturbing packaging of sweets and chocolate.
I introduced to mummy's friend's son and we didn't expected that both our mummy are more crazy than us !
They bought so many of it to bring back disturb friends.

We headed back to hotel after a long day, especially is really heavy to carry the Koi Kei bakery which mummy bought a lot of Macau famous snacks.
Reached back hotel and rested for almost 2hours and we decided to take a cab down to Venetians again!
I hope mummy and her friend were not very bored because there is only one night in Macau and i really wish to take more photos of the night scenery.

Macau is really gorgeous in the night when all the hotels, casinos have their lights up!
Every hotel have their own theme but is not easy for me to take nice photos of night scenery. Thanks to mummy's friend's son, Kelvin who helped me to take photo most of the time ! :D
And so i can share more photos with all of you.

Indeed i look really matured, because i managed to get into Venetian's casino without being checked. But i didn't even played, just a experience to look at casino.
And went to the indoor shopping river ! Is really nice, i remember i saw the view in some of the drama. :DDD

DAY 2 @ Zhuhai

Woke up around 8am and had our breakfast at the hotel lobby.
The food are so so just that is quite oily that eating a few more piece of sausage or dumplings made my throat pain.

After our breakfast, went over to Zhuhai Port Plaza (underground mall) which is the place that definitely tourist will go for shopping.

You might actually lost your way inside the mall because the mall is seriously big, but products are somehow similar.
Clothes, bags, heels, accessories, skincare and many many more...
And of course there are quite many restaurants there too !
Mummy and I had our lunch at a Japanese restaurant.
Not a good service though, food was served too slow !

After lunch, we continue our shopping for a while however we didn't manage to shop the whole underground mall.

In cab to underground mall. Is difficult to get a cab there ! :(

Then we went over to Lian Hua Jie (lotus street) which is the second place that you can shop at Zhuhai.
It was so called a "small taiwan" at there but actually is just some stalls selling Taiwan snacks like oyster mee sua. Nothing much special though.

Compare to underground mall, lotus street is not much to shop. I still prefer underground mall which resembles Bugis street just that is bigger.
After shopping, we have too many things to carry and is like getting heavier so we decided to cab back to the hotel. Leave our stuffs and rest for a while before cabbing to Wan Zhai for our dinner !

Wan Zhai is a place for seafood ! You will get to choose and buy your seafood just like in a wet market. But in Wan Zhai, is all live seafood so it is definitely fresh to buy it.
After buying the seafood, you will then choose a restaurant that you prefer to have your dinner.
The restaurant will cook for you and of course you will have to pay some amount for cooking.
It's interesting right ?

But for me, i don't really eat those weird seafood ! When we were "shopping" at the wet market for seafood, its like so disgusting. Can't even stand it.
All the seafood is just so weird in shape, appearance of foods really matter to me!

OMG, shark!

No ideas what is this, is so flat.

We get into a restaurant for them to cook and i didn't really eat at all !
Only the vegetables look normal to me ! The rest just look weird and i didn't even eat the crab.
If the crab have some sauce will be better !
Abalone seems weird too :X because i am use to seeing abalone in beige colour and not which some stripes of black.
Especially Xiang Ya Bang, is so disgusting to me. :X I tried one piece, is not nice at all, probably the "Yu Xing Wei" is too strong and the texture is kind of slimy.

After our dinner, we headed back to hotel and have a thought of getting a foot massage.
Our tour guide introduced us to Harbour View World Massage Centre
Its my first time trying foot massage, somehow SPA seems more attractive to me.
But its too late so we just went for a foot massage.

After a long day of walking here and there, is good to have a foot massage to relax our leg. :D
Overall, the service and massage is good. :D

DAY 1 @ Zhuhai/HongKong

It's my mum company trip again, and this time round we went to Zhuhai & Macau for 4 days 3 nights (20/8/11 - 23/8/11).
It was an early flight and we have to reach airport around 3am.
And before that i went for work till 1am. :X
Didn't managed to get any sleep and then headed to airport.

My dear sent us to the Airport and had Mcdonald breakfast before boarding.
When we reach Macau, it was roughly 10plus am.
And for the first & second night we are staying at Zhuhai's City Inn hotel.

Luckily Zhuhai and Macau is just a walking distance from the custom. :)
First thought i have when i reach Zhuhai's custom, is kind of messy and the tour guide told us to carry our bags in the front if not our valuable might end up become others.
When we finally reached the hotel, we left our things and went HongKong together with Mummy's friend and her son.

We went to Jiu Zhou Gang to get our ship ticket to HongKong. The journey was around 1hr.
And i actually kind of sea sick because i was a lil hungry that time.
When i get down the ship, i was feeling so unwell that i almost vomit.
At that moment, i tell my mum whether we can take plane from HongKong back to Zhuhai because is seriously bad feeling. But of course is impossible.

Anyway we reached HK around 4pm and we get our return ship ticket which is the latest one at 9.40pm. We are kind of rush with about 5 hours for us to spend.
First place we went is Jordan, which is the place we stayed last year at HK.
And of course i didn't forget my favorite Australia Milk Company so i had my lunch at there.
I guess because of the sea sick, i don't feel like shopping but to have my food first.
And probably because i didn't sleep at all, feel like anytime i might fall sick.

Mummy and I had sandwiches, ham macaroni and the best Steamed Milk @ Australia Milk Company. :D

After that we went off to MongKok for shopping and get my craving for that favorite dessert shop i had last year.
I was like finding and finding, is kind of big and messy at that place.
At last managed to find the Lucky Dessert shop.
As usual have their Mango Sago, Mango & Durian Glutinous Stick Rice. But sadly to say, the mango turn out to be rather sour on that day. However the durian still taste great. :)

After having dessert, we rushed to take train to Sogo @ Tsim Sha Tsui (if i didn't remember wrong)
We went there to get Yuen Lang Lao Po Bing(wife pastry) ! Their local pastry that you will need to get at HongKong. There are a few more outlets but i am not too sure, just don't get the wrong one because last year the wife pastry we get is not nice and the filling is hard.
This time, we get the right one and it taste great ! :D

After getting the wife pastry, i don't have any time left to visit Xin Guang Da Dao (Star Avenue) again ! Wanted to take pictures at there but we were too rush.
Cabbed over to Shang Wan to take the ship back to Jiu Zhou.

It was so so tiring ! Reached Jiu Zhou around 11pm and when we went out trying to take cab and guess what there is no cab !
And you will know why there is so many "ba wang che" those using normal car and trying to get passenger ! But better don't seat those cars ! I heard that they may bring you to a longer way or sending you to other place !

So we walked further down and at last we got a cab ! Luckily there is at least a guy with us if not it will be scary walking that dark and unfamiliar path.
And with the worries that Zhuhai is not safe.
Finally reached back hotel around 1am, quickly get washed up and went to sleep because next day still have to wake up around 7am for breakfast at hotel. :(

I didn't had much sleep, all my photos can see that i am really tired.
Especially go in and out of custom is so irritating! waiting and waiting.

On the 22nd July, celebrated 1 year anniversary with baby~
went to marina square for movie and then to suntec city for kuishinbo buffet.
The buffet cost about $50 for each person but dear and I only ate about 45mins and we went our of the buffet. Both of us have a small stomach nowadays, we can't eat much.

Currently too busy to update my blog, have been studying and working..
Will be going Macau & Zhuhai next Sat and will be having my main exam on next next Fri.
And now i am sick with cough & flu. :(
I guess because i have been hanging out late nowadays..
Will update more when my holiday starts on 30th Aug~~~~~

On the 17th July went to my dear's AhYi 60th Birthday at Odeon Tower.
Was invited to Asia Grand Restaurant and i believe is quite a expensive restaurant.
Is great to know baby's ahyi which is also his godmother, she really dote my dear bf and i will always tell my dear that he is really lucky to have his ahyi. Especially after my bf get into accident, i can see how much his aunty worried for him although she actually do not approve my bf to ride bike.

I still remember i booked tickets to Batam for holiday but when the departure dates is getting nearer, then Japan have earthquakes and tsunami. So she ended up worried when we go overseas, she told us not to go and pay me back all the money. I don't wish to take, because i am the one who decided to go overseas so is not good to take it but she just want me to take it so that she feel rest assured that we will promise her not to go.

That time when i went Taiwan with my dear, she actually sponsored us money and bought insurance for my dear and I.
Plus she actually consoled me when i almost can't go Taiwan that time, i feel touched.
There is one time, i was having gastric pain and she brought me to clinic to get medicine.
There is really quite many times she brought my dear and I for breakfast, lunch or dinner during the period when my dear have to go hospital for checkups.

She is really generous even to my dear's friends. Sometime, i think if i am my dear, i really feel glad to have such a good ahyi. Luckily i still have great parents who actually dote me too ! :)

There are still many many incidents and i would really like to thanks her for all this.
I believe everybody who know her will be glad that they have know her.

This time, the work is more slack compared to the previous one.

A day out with my dear for lunch @ Sakae Sushi.
I can't remember this is how many times i eat at this restaurant with him, he is seriously a sushi lover. Haha ! Before knowing him, i didn't even eat before at Sakae Sushi because i only eat those crabmeat sushi but now i am trained to eat more different types. :D
I still remember last time when my friend ask me to eat at Sakae Sushi, i will always say no.

He is also part of it that make me so busy ! I have to take care of him because one to two months back, he had a bike accident. His hand is still on cast..
And he actually got into an accident when it was going to be my term test that time ! Making me so busy and in the same time have to study.

Another day out with my dearest gf, Baobao.
We went out that day for a job interview at Changi Airport, both of us clear the first interview.
But i could only continue the other two interview after my birthday and i don't have the feel to work for DFS already because i seriously don't like to go interview! :(
After that, we went to Watercross Beach Culture to chill out and have our dinner.
Is a good place to chill out and some ROM wedding is also held at there.
And the best thing is their food menu have CHOCOLATE FONDUE ! I didn't see this before at any bar though.
For your info, the bar is located in Pasir Ris Park. :)

One of the day during last month, went out with Annie.
Accompanied her to get some wedding stuffs at Clementi but end up have to go their other outlet at Raffles Place. After that went to Orchard also to see her stuff. It was like so many places..
At the end of the day, we went to Golden Mile to have Thai Bbq Steamboat.

Is a good place for bbq steamboat too ! Most importantly the price is ordered by package of food and not per pax. If you don't eat much, it will be cheap to find a few people together to have some food. Is great to eat this, those workers there are all from Thailand. Luckily, Annie brought me there if not i guess i am quite blur. At least she know how to do the bbq thing and also communicate with those workers there.

I am so happy that her wedding is getting nearer and nearer. I can't wait to be her bridesmaid.
She also help us bought the dress already, is really pretty.
3 more months to her wedding~ She looks so blissful with her husband..
I am still a long way to go till marriage.

Met Chanel like one month ago to have our dinner at Orchard.
After shopping for a while and we went to this WILD HONEY restaurant for our dinner.
Actually should say breakfast ? Because the restaurant sell whole day breakfast and is categorize by different country of breakfast.
Is not that cheap, a breakfast cost about $20 but is worth to give a try when you are craving for breakfast in the night.
The restaurant is located at Mandarin Gallery, level 3.

I ordered the Canadian country because i love pancakes for breakfast.
The Canadian breakfast consist of pancakes, wild berries and bacon.

DAY 5 @ TAIPEI

I am here to update on my last day in Taipei ! Sorry for the long delay as i have been really busy with my school projects, exams....
Last day when i wake up, my dear was sick and he had vomited and having diarrhea since the night time. I feel so pity of him because the feeling is really bad to sick during overseas but still lucky is the last day.

We extended the check out time for the hotel since my dear is really feeling terrible. I went down of the hotel to look for pharmacy to buy medicine for him. And i actually saw this Yu's Almond Tofu shop which look like quite nice so i got myself one Almond Tofu.
Went back to the hotel and try it, is really nice ! The smooth, slurpy and soft texture of the almond tofu with the nice almond milk is really great. I hope i could buy back for my mummy..
Anyway i got this delicious maggi mee back as my friend told me inside have real beef meat. :D

After resting at the hotel for a few hours, we went to Xi Men Ding to have our lunch at the Maid Cafe but baby have no appetite. We didn't really finish up the food and the food taste quite average too. Anyway inside if you want to take picture with the maid, you have to pay for taking photo with them. Frankly speaking, there is only 2 or 3 girls inside the Maid Cafe.

I think beef is really common in Taiwan ! I still love the most is the beef noodle that i had ate on the second day at Taipei.

After our lunch, i went to have a try of the Cold Stone ice cream since Taiwan is cheaper than Singapore. But i still prefer the BigTom ice cream texture instead ! How i wish Big Tom ice cream is in Singapore. We went back to our hotel and rest at the basement to wait for picked up as we booked from the hotel.

The chauffeur for sending us to hotel reached and then off to Airport.
I should say the chauffeur is really a friendly and nice person, is great to know him but it will be much more better if i had know him while coming Taiwan so that he can introduce many great places.
At last, we reached Airport and it seems so quiet and like remote places but is really their airport. Seeing their airport, i can really say Singapore really maintain well of our airport.

We went airport earlier because of this special place ! HELLO KITTY PARADISE. LOL!
Is inside the airport terminal 2. So after check in, i walk all the way to see this place where you can relax and wait for boarding plane. Is really cute with hello kitty seats, playground, children corner, telephone corner and also the Hello Kitty shop that sell many cute stuffs. :D

Its time for departure... flying back to Singapore..
Anyway i reached Singapore around midnight 2am so didn't manage to wake up for school on the next day. :X

Hope you all enjoyed my post on the trip to Taipei and i hope it help as a guideline for your trip if you are going. Because i understand is really irritating to research and research from internet and is really headache. I prefer reading people's blog on guideline of other countries rather than researching through internet. :D

My next trip will be ZhuHai & Macau. I will be heading over to HongKong also. This time is with my mummy for her company trip from 20Aug to 23Aug. I think i won't be really spending as i just want to relax myself but sad to say is on my study week. Which means after coming back from overseas, i will have my exams on the following week ! I know i am a bit crazy, i don't wish to go already because afraid of not enough time but i guess i got no choice since is too late to change. I should make it a fun trip then~

Day 4 @ Taipei (Part II)

Yes, like what my previous post said, Off to Danshui station.
And i didn't regret going there because experience a few rare stuff !

i guess you can see some artiste or singer in those drawing ! They are really good ! :D

When we reached DanShui station, we were a bit lost but we find our way there asking people.
So the first place will be "Lao Jie". Is somehow like those Shilin Night market or Raohe Street Night Market just that this place you can come in the afternoon and is open already. :D
Before i stepped in to Lao Jie, I see this cute handphone pouch that make me stopped and looking at it. And is my favourite Charmmy Kitty ! I swear is difficult to find Charmmy Kitty in Singapore already because is starting to extinct ! Lol.

Of course i got one Charmmy Kitty handphone pouch, but i can't remember how much i bought it. It won't be too expensive if not i guess i won't be buying it too.

After that i saw this "Tie Dan" and this is the first thing that i feel kind of special which my mum want me to buy it back home. When she first told me about it, i was like what is "Metal Egg" ? Lol ! And so i actually find out from the stall that it is actually like Braised Egg just that more time and more ingredient to make this "Tie Dan".
I bought 3 packet in total..

Continue walking, and you will saw this Giant Ice Cream.
They have two type, one is slightly shorter. And i ordered the tallest one to have a look of the big size. But is not a wise choice !! You will sure regret if you can't finish that ice cream in a fast speed.

So what i did is to took picture with this tall ice cream and only manage to finish half of the ice cream with baby. It was dripping like hell, i look like a small kid eating ice cream as all the melted ice cream is all over my hand ! And i started to be irritated by the ice cream, so eventually throw the whole ice cream away. :X

With all this street food, baby and I can be really full without even eating at restaurants !
And most of their street food are nice ! How i wish it is in Singapore !

There is also a somehow musuem with all the weird or incredible collection.
Didn't went in because i just feel a bit scary by looking at the outside. Anyway there is a small admission fee if you want to go in.

We went in to this shop and i thought that it was fake sex shop stuff.
But after asking then i realise is real sex shop stuff just that they make the packaging in a different way and as for some of the products is disturbing one. Feel so paiseh that actually ask them what it is. Kind of funny....

Continue walking again, and i saw this sugar coated fruits. Is called "Tang Hu Lu" which i normally heard this word in drama...
It taste normal just that your fruits are really sweet coated with sugar.
Then we saw this cute little stall selling SPONGEBOB ? No ! They are selling like those pancake that you can see in fish shape in Singapore. But they have so many cute shapes !! I believe it tempted a lot kids to eat that.

And we started walking down to our next destination, Yu Ren Ma Tou !
That i heard many people saying about that place too ! But i don't know is it baby and I walked a wrong path, we seems to walk about 1hr and yet we still can't reach!
We even saw two pig outside some houses.. :D

In the end, both of us were really tired so we actually took cab in.
And i believe the cab driver actually anyhow add money say there is some other charges. But forget it, we just give him the amount and went down.

Time for photo taking ~ Although that places is better if you go during the night time as the lights make it really attractive but due to the time i left, i can't manage to go there during night time.

When we start to walk on to this so called "Lover Bridge", guess who i saw !
Hahah !
Is not any artiste or singer though.
I actually saw my cousin ! And don't misunderstand, they don't stay Taiwan.
They stay in Singapore too ! I didn't know they went Taiwan too but around 1 or 2 days later than us. They were there because one of my cousin is taking wedding photos there. :D
IS SUPER COINCIDENCE ! Taiwan so big still can met them.

After that baby and I continue to walk around but seriously there are nothing much to walk...
We just took pictures and decided to take the boat back.
Is only around $5 for each person if i didn't remember wrong. And is definitely cheaper and better than you take cab in or walk a long distance. :D

Finally we are back to "Lao Jie" and baby saw a lot of games....
Most of the games are using their so called gun to shoot those balloons.
You won't get to play in Singapore because of safety..
Baby played and he actually manage to catch the technique, i was like woah...
He really did shoot almost all the balloon, but when see others playing seems so difficult.

Afterall the game is not worth as even you shoot all the balloons, you have to play quite a few times then you can get those big toys as present so stopped the game...
Then i get this swirled potato chips that you can actually see it now in Singapore as some Pasar Malam actually sell it.
Got the cheese flavor one. :D

Baby was tired walking anymore so we took cab down to ShiLin Night Market, the biggest night market in Taiwan ? I guess so... Is seriously big as they got two side ! One mainly for food and another one mainly for shopping. But do remember they only start open around evening time.

When we reached ShiLin Night Market was still early, not much stalls had opened yet.
But still able to shop.. Had the best beancurd among all those i had tried in Taipei.
Probably the ingredient i able to choose is also the type that i like.
After that i bought two stretch of False Eyelashes ! Is damn cheap but didn't took a picture of it.
Is a small stall at a corner. It sell two stretch at 150NTD.
Each stretch have 10pairs and which means 1pair is only about $0.30 - $0.40 in Singapore !

Then i tried this Fried Milk Stick ! Is damn nice ! I really love the taste.
The outside part is crispy and went you bite, the inner part is a bit like pudding but is in a milk taste. I bought total of 5sticks, eating and eating. :D
I will definitely buy it again if i go Taiwan again.

Then we shopped a while and off to the food section.
And the best Crispy Chicken in Taipei ! :D Yummy ! You will definitely love it !
The tender juicy chicken with the crispy skin and in the XXL size compared to Singapore one.
Not forget their long long queue ! And is cheap too.

After that i tried the Oyster Omelette but not really my favourite food..

At the end of the day i got some bra set which only cost less than SGD$10 for each set !
And got a pair of covered shoes which cost around SGD$5 plus a shorts which cost about SGD$10 - $15. Lastly a bag which cost about SGD$10.
Then my dear got his converse shoe which also cheaper than Singapore.

We didn't shop for very long as both of us is really tired.
It was a long day too ! So we cabbed back to the hotel around 10pm...
While resting in the hotel, suddenly got people press the bell.
And saw Kensuke and his girlfriend. They just reached Taipei on that day and before we went we already realize that we are staying in the same hotel. Another coincidence when Taipei XiMenDing have so many hotel.

Chit-chatted and passed them my guide book... Envy them staying around 7days and i have to go back the next day... I still have school ! :(
